WHAT: Viva Luxe and Vizcaya Swimwear celebrated the annul #MissVizcaya pageant on Saturday, July 22nd. This event has continually grown over the years and a runway over the pool on the 50th floor of the W Hotel Miami provided the perfect back drop for this year.

About our CEO, Sancho Van Ryan
Sancho Van Ryan is an entrepreneur and business owner in Las Vegas. He is the founder of Future M3dia Group, CEO of Viva Vegas TV & sits on the Board of Directors for the Official Nightclub Hall of Fame. He is an on-air personality and specializes in event based marketing, social media and content creation. He also in actively involved in the community through charitable programs with Three Square, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, XS and Tryst Toy Drive and The Shade Tree.
He began working as a model and on-camera personality for Localites.TV. He interviewed many celebrities including Charlie Sheen, Eva Longoria, Lebron James, LMFAO and Drake. He became the face of Localites.TV and learned from founder Eduardo Cordova about advertising, marketing, video production and event management. He was Director of operations by late 2009. By 2011 he was managing partner of Localites Media and with Eduardo Cordova had overseen the successful re-branding of the company. Localites became a full service marketing and media company with its own branded events at properties on the Las Vegas strip from Wynn Resorts to MGM Grand and Venetian Palazzo.
Future M3dia: Sancho Van Ryan and Equitem Capital, currently own and operate Future M3dia Group and their nightlife subsidiary, VivaVegasTV. VivaVegasTV is currently the largest nightlife event company in Las Vegas. Future M3dia Group is an interactive agency specializing in brand architecture, content creation, corporate event management & social media marketing.
